Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use The Other Side of Monday (the “Game”).
Developer contact: 508923216@qq.com
1. Information We Process
The Game may process limited technical and advertising information through third-party advertising services. Depending on your device settings and consent, this may include device identifiers (including the Apple advertising identifier, or IDFA), IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, advertising interaction data, diagnostics, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.
Your story choices and game progress are stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, phone number, or precise location.
2. Advertising and Tracking Permission
The Game may display rewarded advertising supplied by third-party advertising partners. On supported Apple devices, the Game may ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the IDFA or tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may decline this request. Declining does not prevent you from playing the Game, although advertisements may be less relevant.
3. How Information Is Used
- to deliver, measure, and limit advertising;
- to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Game;
- to diagnose crashes, errors, fraud, or technical problems; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. Third-Party Services
The Game may use advertising technology provided by Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle/Liftoff, and InMobi. These providers may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers of that information. Availability of a particular provider can vary by region, configuration, and time.
5. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with the service providers described above for advertising, analytics, security, and technical operations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Data Retention and Security
Locally saved game progress remains on your device until you reset the Game, clear its data, or uninstall it. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can manage tracking permission in iOS or iPadOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You may also reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. To submit a privacy request, email 508923216@qq.com. We may need to verify your request, and some advertising data may need to be requested directly from the relevant provider.
8. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. International Processing
Advertising providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they are responsible for using lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after an update means the revised policy applies.
